The intra-assay coefficients of variation were 3.8%-12.5%, 4.4%-7.5% and 4.3%-5.6% for TSH, FT4, and TPO-Ab, respectively. Inter-assay coefficients of variation were 4.6%-12.5%, 4.8%-9.0% and 7.8%-10.5% for TSH, FT4, and TPO-Ab, respectively.
